Payment

We accept all major credit cards using our secure interface. Please note that T595net is a trading name of malcernie ltd, your statement will read WP-MALCERNIE LTD.

Delivery

All goods are dispatched direct from the supplier listed on your receipt. You can track the status of your order by clicking here.

Some goods may be shipped by suppliers outside of your country. You may be liable to import duty and local taxes on receipt.

Returns Policy

If you receive incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods, please contact sales@t595.net within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange a return of the goods.

If the goods you receive are not acceptable for any other reason, then please return them to the address on your invoice. Goods must be returned unused in the original packaging, in perfect condition, within 7 days for a refund. Your name, address, sales reference and reason for the return must accompany all returns. You are responsible for the correct postage & insurance for any items returned. In the case of special order goods, such as goods customised for your specific purpose, we reserve the right to decline refunds or to apply a handling charge at our discretion.

Full Conditions

  • Quoted prices are correct at time of last catalogue update and supersede all previous prices.
  • An additional charge will be made for delivery by post or carrier. Orders with the incorrect band of shipping will be rejected.
  • All products and offers are subject to availability. If the products ordered are not available we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
  • All reductions shown in price are reductions against our own previous prices unless otherwise indicated.
  • Products are supplied singularly unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to vary the price of any product shown in the catalogue or its specifications at any time. We will however notify you of such price or specification variation upon order and give you the opportunity to cancel any such order at that time.
  • We make every effort to match colours in the catalogue as closely as possible to the actual product. However, due to limitations in the imaging process, some colours may vary
  • We accept orders via the web, with payments processed by WorldPay. Such orders will not be deemed accepted by T595net until an order confirmation email has been sent.
  • Payments will be processed upon receipt as products will not be dispatched until full payment as been cleared.
  • Products in stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of payment being cleared (except weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • Products made to order will be dispatched upon completion.
  • Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss in transit, only for the value of lost goods.
  • We accept no liability for advice contained within T595net and/or the usage of products supplied.
  • Not all products advertised within T595net are compliant with regulations governing the construction and the use of motor vehicles and may therefore not be suitable for use on the public highway.
  • Products should be fitted by a suitably qualified and competent person.
  • All products are guaranteed against failure to give reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials for a period of 3 months from the date of despatch provided they have been fitted by a suitably qualified and competent person. Please contact sales@t595.net to arrange replacement. In accordance this guarantee we guarantee to refund or replace (whichever we think the most appropriate) such a defective product promptly on receipt of failed goods.
  • Claims for products which are lost or damaged in transit must be made in writing to sales@t595.net. In the case of non-delivery, please allow 28 days in case they have been delayed. Damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection and replacement as appropriate.
  • We reserve the right to reject any order.
  • Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights.
