with bmw and aprillia entering the fray and more Brits to cheer on wsbk for 2009 is looking the best its been for some time.
Will BMW corser/xaus and aprillia Biaggi be making up the numbers or will they be embarassing the jap bikes from the off?.

Better still if you were to make a bet on top rookie manufacturer who would you bet on BMW or Aprillia

Aprillia def fastest out or the box . BMW are talking up their exstensive knowledge of F1 electronics .Last time corser had probs with the R1 electronics he turned them all off. Not what BMW will be looking as a fix I think

Nakano on the Aprillia next year . Did'nt see that one coming.

Seems to be an ever increasing trend for ex GP riders to move to WSBK.

Although WSBK provides more machinery to run at the front I do'nt think any GP riders have yet made the transition and impact that traditional form books would predict?.

Do you think Rossi would like the idea of becoming the first GP and WSBK champion, after all he does like writing the record books; aswell as finding WSBK more exciting

Nice idea, but can't see it happening.

MotoGP riders tend to go to WSB when there's no other option, rather than by choice.
And I'm sure they'd all regard it as a lesser series.

And I'd favour Aprillia over BMW, certainly in the early season.
