I'm taking ma triple round "sunny" knockhill tonight, any advice would be welcome!! Will post how i do moro!! fingers crossed.

go slow to start with. make sure you know where the track is going and only ride at 9/10ths.

once you know the track you can concentrate on getting your lines correct.

don't worry about being passed as your speed will come if you concentrate on your own riding.

If you get tired then stop, it's not worth doing just 'one more session'

Well true to form it lashed down at knockhill, but track night went ahead, was excellent fun! i was amazed how much you could push it in the wet!! kept it upright, and had a blast will be back again
