Its intended that the holes would be tapped for adjustment yes, will be made from aliminium and as to cost no idea at the moment.

How thick would they be? IMO I'd lose the curved 'cut-out' on the left hand side and have the line follow that of the frame. An engraved Triumph 'T' ( rather then cut through ) would be good - would need to see in situ....

its hard to say as theres a fair bit of machining to do as a start depends on how many a prod run you were going to have.

oh and i liked the curve of the first one, perhaps some demos for scropton and go from there.

Just something to check - that it will fit if you have a high level can - the space between the clevis pin and the exhaust pipe. Mine is very close. I think this would be worse on a 97 - 2000 bike, as I recall the link pipe is different to the later bikes.
