so 2 months ago i order some mirrors from them

a few days after the order i receive an email telling me they're be dispatched soon

nearly a month later i email back to enquire about there where-abouts and I'm not happy about waiting so long

i get an email back saying i was inform that the Rizoma factory closed for august (i never received an email telling me that because if i had i would of cancelled the order) and as such there's nothing they can do about the delay but they're be receiving an order the next week

1 month later I'm still waiting with no further replies to my emails.

Great way to run a business

You should try buying some Rizomas off Chris Matthews (Chris955) It took the fucker two months to take them off his bike and he only lives just down the road from me then I even had to collect them ....rant rant gnashing of teeth

Think i'd give them a specific date when I expect them to arrive and tell them the order will be cancelled if they don't.

Also, if a refund isn't forthcoming, a solicitors letter with costs, will be following shortly.

That's assuming you paid up front. If you didn't, just tell 'em to F*CK OFF now.
