I thought that the Bonneville was changing to fuel injection this year - will the America and the Speedmaster follow suit?

And as an aside, has anyone had any problems with the carbs on an America or Speedmaster, or are they maintenance-free and reliable?

Thanks

To the first part yes I thought that they had gone for efi.

Reference the carbs I have had this America for 6 years and have never had any problems with the carbs even thoughI had them re-jetted when I had the engine bored out to 902cc in 2004.
Even though my bike is very "shiny" it has and does get very dirty when I go away each year and through the winter, so the carbs and bike get lots of grime in the linkages.

All the twins are injection now - they just don't look it.
The throttle bodies are disguised as carbs. VERY WELL disguised too!
