You get what you pay for. Anything without the words "Gore-Tex" or similar is not going to be 100% waterproof for very long. Not cheap though. I use Triumph Adventure Sympatex gloves in the winter and am thinking of getting a pair of Gore-Tex gloves for the summer months! Held make nice gloves: http://www.getgeared.co.u.....otorcycle_Glove £70 though!

yes i agree you do get what ya pay for, i have had gore tex gloves an was not 100% happy with them, held do make good gloves i ware held phatom gloves an feel safer with those an the armour they have, and the overgloves with them feel safer and dryer than the waterproof ones that seam lacking in that department as like the ones in your link dont seam to have any protection on them Blizz does the lining come out as ya pull your hand out of em

As Blizzard says Richa waterproof and not bulky fine summer/autum gloves. The lining in mine can pull out sometimes and be a bit of a pain, like last year on trip to Triumph factory M6 Toll with cars sitting waiting on me getting money out then gloves on and fellow Rats long gone. Why have they no got a place so that bike can pull in and pay?

I've had a pair of Triumph Carbon waterproof gloves for about 3-4 years now. 100% reliable, waterproof, warm (especially with heated grips) Apart from tha, a pair of HG Pathan 5 fingers are now about 10 years old and still doing well

The link to the shop had a basket with a Arai helmet in it!
Seemed like a bargain, just curious if you bought it and found it any good. Bud

Waterproof gloves...Do they really exist...?...I've never found any that will keep your hands dry in a days ride in rain. I've got a pair of Dianese (£90) that are pretty crap really. ...though I do tend to buy things 'cos they look good!! Perhaps I'll have to switch to a pair of those 'lobster' gloves. They must work...you wouldn't buy those for any other reason would you...!? ...or maybe just a couple of carrier bags...?

Most gloves get wet from water ingress through the wrist entry. Worse when you take your gloves off & put them back on when refuelling.

I have a pair of Triumph Keprotec/Schoeller with SympaTex technology waterproof gloves.... except they are not very waterproof... probably why they were £25, oh... and the lining comes out as you pull your hand from the gloves making them an absolute arse to put on again....

I've pair of the H-G Pathans (the lobster ones) but as far as I know they don't even pretend to be waterproof - there are no Goretex or Sympatex labels on them. Warm though!

I'm not a big wet weather rider, but I found keeping a pair of latex disposable gloves on my pocket worked well. Soon as it started raining I'd pop them on then replace my gloves and they'd keep my hands warmer even if the gloves were soaked. Also handy for impromptu cavity searches.

Again, I've been looking to buy a pair of decent waterproof gloves rather than the tat I usually end up with. Anyone used these alpinestars ones? http://www.bikersdirect.c.....ontentid=905779
