Used these guys today for my tyres. Totally faultless. They greeted me with a cup of coffee(and it wasn't a bad one either! ), and let me remove my own wheels for a fair discount over what I was being quoted locally. Their staff were courteous and helpful, they had all the tools I needed and a fair few more. http://www.tyrelinkuk.co.uk/index2.html Highly recommended. They did me a pair of Avon Storms for £195 - I could have saved ~£20 if I'd ordered them off eBay and had them fitted locally to loose rims, but by the time I'd added on the costs of using a bus or taxi(2 wheels and 2 new tyres... bus drivers would of hated me!), then these guys cost about the same but I had no hassles whatsoever. Just a heads-up for any of you in the surrounding areas who don't have easy access to 4 wheels and a boot . --Rich

The £195 was "ride in, we'll make you a coffee and supply you with tools, stands and help, and fit the tyres to the wheels which are loose after you've fettled around for a few minutes. Then you can safely ride out again after you re-fit them" price. --Rich

Not a bad price really, as long as you are confident about taking wheels off and putting them back on again

Our price would have been £230 for those tyres fitted to the bike but we are mobile so we come to you. No taxis, buses or otherwise We fit tyres you bought yourself too but we have to charge more for fitting to bike than to loose wheels as obviously it's a bigger job. Stafford is just about in our radius but for anyone coming up Scropton way on a Wed night, Sue is most generous with the pub car park www.gptyres.co.uk

Luckily Tonto didn't spot this in the back of the van he fitted the tyres to this morning..... http://www.bettermobility.....og/INVAur10.jpg ....not sure if he'd have been able to resist doing some of his renowned "stunting"...
