I've just bought some of these.
Shame about the name, a bit gay porn esque.

The spec is:
100% waterproof.
Instep zipper entry with waterproof gusset.
Anatomical 15 degree slant to boot for improved riding comfort.
Top quality leather upper with stretch Scholler Keprotec instep.
Dual density, anti vibration rubber sole is designed to be comfortable both on and off the bike.
Ankle and calf brace.
Shin plate.
Impact resistand heel cup.
Toe slider.
Dual side velcro adjustability.
Quick release ankle buckle with ratchet system.
They are one the only boots I can find that will fit over my calf muscles with leathers on. The others were Oxtar TCS but they were too wide on the foot (gutted).
Seem well made and very comfy.
I really like the ratchet strap idea.

no mention of price, i quite like the oxtar tcs gortex, but i dont need any new boots, honest.
