Hello people.
I recently discover the "Speed Triple 1050 SAI(Secondary Air Injection) Block Off Plates"
from British Customs.
Link:
http://www.british-custom.....s-pr-16957.html

it says that : SAI Block of Plates are machined from aluminum and black anodized to prevent oxidation. Blocking off the Secondary Air Injection reduces the overall operating temperature of your Triumph Speed Triple 1050 and reduces chances of exhaust popping. The kit has been developed as performance upgrade, check with local regulations prior to purchasing and installing this part.

* 3 Speed Triple Block Off Plates
* One Air Box Cap
* Vacuum Cap for Sensor (07 and prior models only)

**For off road use not legal for registration for on road use in California**

Had anyone use them?
It would be much better if my Speedy was able to work at lower temperatures, as it get's realy Hot even at night rides that the weather temperature is more cool!
Does it affect the output power or the 1050? Or the Secondary Air Injection is only for Euro3 purposes only?

Thanks in advance.

they tidy up the SAI area nicely+loose a bit of weight,SAI removal has no effect on power output it dont make the engine run cooler but decreases the exhaust temperature,you will still need to tune for non-SAI to stop all the popping

ps contact KUHLKA at, www.thespeed-triple.com he came up with these plates first and still has some to shift at the same $ as BC
