went in to have a look at the clothing a couple of weeks ago and managed to get in, try a pair of trousers and a few helmets without being bothered by the staff. Good job I wasn't wanting to buy anything at the time

Wandered round about the time of the open day. Salesman was a bit cocky for my liking. Don't blame 'em for being keen, but wasn't inspired to buy anything.

They're the same people as run Pure Triumph in Northampton; apparently they are opening another dealership in Woburn Beds in the near future!

i like wondering into a place and being left to my own devices, i prefer to ask for help when i want it, but i know some people like to be meet'd and greeted as soon as they walk in the door

I got my ST1050 from there. Good part ex. on my old Bandit. Test ride wasn't a problem on the Triumph Dealer Open Weekend, even though they weren't officially open. The Sprint's been back twice since I had it, 500 mile service and to have the R & Gs fitted, both times I had a courtesy bike, a Bonnie and their Sprint, both times my bike's been ready for lunchtime. It's not all been plain sailing, the spare key was "lost" when I collected the bike, they cut two spares at the first service. The original spare fell out of the fairing cubby when the R & Gs were fitted (to be fair I couldn't find it in there either!) so I have many keys now! So far they have performed pretty well, I'll keep you informed on their levels of service.

Good. I hope they can maintain a high standard of service, as most of the dealers in the Midlands have been crap since Triumph dumped Streetbike many moons ago.

Well, ordered a clutch cable last Tuesday afternoon, promised a phone call and expected delivery Thursday pm. No call, the item wasn't in, when I went round. It's now Tuesday of the following week, still no call. Edit Called in Wednesday, still not arrived. In fairness the lad couldn't apologise more, but good job this isn't a breakdown

In fairness, better on the following occasion. Went in to sort some screws that hold the ignition switch in place. (originals fell out ! ) Mechanic came outside to check exactly what I needed, parts were ordered and then a phone call to let me know when they arrived. Didn't get a cup o' coffee tho.

They've been really good with me. Always called right back, given me an update on my bike. They can't be worse than action.
