3 Triumphs on the front row of the grid ain't too bad. But putting things into perspective, as the three in question are not in world supersport they are really a pile of shite.

I'd have expected Glen to be up there but for Youngy and Frosty to be up there is fantastic. When the TenKate boys came to Donington they were miles faster than everyone and they weren't really trying that hard. I think the WSS this year was simply to get experience of the paddock and to see how much work is required to be top 10 regulars with podiums achievable

Anyway, it looks like there may not be an Embassy Triumph team next year which would be a real shame. http://www.embassyracing......+Qualifying.htm

As it's not the sponsor hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult to get the finances sorted

Err, what about Embassy pulling out and the team being mothballed...sounds like a major sponsor to me.(probably paying for all those private test days at Darley Moor....) I was pleased to see youngy get his podium, perhaps a little tainted by his assumption that richards was holding back to let him go "bless him".....I guess without his early work the team would have had a bigger mountain to climb. Was pleased that he said he would be Triumph mounted next year come what may; proves he has the belief in the bike, just like others have in theirs.

I had to read the post 3 times, I think you're right Pa, at least the 2nd paragraph.
