J-zeus: Stoner ( Rossi will let him ) | Rossi will do everything he can to try and beat Stoner as he really wants to stamp his authority over the field so he start from a postion of strength next. If his rivals think they can't beat him then he's already halfway to the title before a wheel is turned.

Yeah I can't see Rossi letting anyone win, he isn't riding for points as he already has the title in the bag so from now on it's just for fun and to get that psychological edge for next season. Rossi Stoner/Lorenzo Pedrosa.

Agree with Blizz and Spondon, Rossi will never "let" anyone win psychology is everything in racing, he's already started next season! Rossi Stoner Hayden

| Just like those guys who've done endless trackdays, but book themselves into the novice group just so they can pass people.........wankers

given the qualifying you might not be that far off (if you replace Rossi with Stoner) http://www.motogp.com/en/.....8/AUS/MotoGP/QP

Can anybody give me a reason as to how Vermeulen kept his ride for next year? the guy is a superbike rider (nothing wrong in that) he's not just going to make it in GP's, I thought Spies would have taken his place. He's 15th in his home GP ........... course it was dry!

I know....Nicky seems to only come good when the chips are REALLY down....like sticking it to Honda....perhaps he will continue to try to do this when he gets his Duke........ An American on an Eyetie bike winning MotoGP......gotta be a nearly first..right????

I sort of agree with Vermuelen, he has shown flashes of excellence but almost always in the wet or at a track he really likes. The top guys in the title have shown that you have to perform at basically the same level at every track week in week out. There are a lot of riders out there that to me have been given more than enough chances, 3, 4 or more seasons without any real results.
