North City Triumph..... Pricey but thorough, had my TBS in with them for a pair of tyres fitted and a front brake overhaul... The tyres were supplied by myself (BT020's) and my front brakes were feeling very "notchy" result one fixed bike they found a couple of issues which they alerted me to (missing spoke on the front wheel and chain too tight (remedied & lubed at tyre change) and the wrong sized tube in the rear tyre.....(fitted by the selling dealer) They were happy to allow me to deliver the bike on wed and pick it up today as my shifts were changed at short notice.... Very accommodating & enthusiastic chaps Overall, other than the usual shriek of alarm as the cost was read out, very pleased, the TBS is booked back in with them to have the spoke replaced and the alarm decommissioned in August

what do you expect. Really its a saab dealership so the mechanics are used to working on cars where its mandatory to take four times as long as it could do to complete a job.

Clack, They use car fitters in the bike garage? Thanks for the update mate I'll think twice about using them again. This forum helps people make a decisions about important issues like this.

Last time I was there the mechanics had plenty of bike experience and were certainly not car fitters. The bike side of things is run as a seperate entity from the Saab dealership.
