Pot calling kettle black there Dave!

Chatted with the lads the other night about this one - looks like July 13th might be the best bet - any later & it's a bit close to Scroppers!

Any thoughts/prior commitments/excuses?

I'm still around - just don't get over Lancs way much and can never seem to fit the other rides in round stuff (the problem with rock climbing being my second hobby is they both compete for weather!)
I'm always up for a ride out if I know where and when and I can fit it in and it's not too far away and it's not raining.

You could make it an ice-cream day - Brymores (Hmmmmmm) between Masham and Leyburm for a meet up, then over to Redcar for Lemon tops....

How about
Harrrogate to Ripon, Ripon to Masham and then towards Leyburn and I'll meet you at Brymore's Ice Cream Factory - then to Leyburn, Richmond, Scorton, Yarm, Redcar?

or meet you in Thirsk again for the same routish as last time

Better route Skipton to Thirsk for ya.

A59 at Skipton follow signs for Grassington

Grassington follow Pately Bridge

Pately Bridge Follow Ripon

Ripon Follow Thirsk

Guaranteed more betterer!

I'll ride out to meet youz Skipton - so I can ride this route.

yes good route (been ther done that - first cake shop on left in Pately Bridge is really good) and you could still do Ripon to Leyburn/Richmond etc for Brymores

or you could just bypass Grassington and go straight to Hawes road, turnleft and go to Leyburn - missing Brymores
Or you could to Ingleton to Hawes
Now I'm getting confused - too many choices
Just decide which way and I'll ride out and meet youse somewhere ...

I'm easy

Thirsk gives us the option of Sutton Bank, Helmsley TT to Stokesley, Yarm, Redcar
or
Busby Stoop, South Otterington, Northallerton, Yarm (as per last year)

Ripon meet gives us Masham, Brymores, Leyburn, Richmond, Scorton, Worsall, Yarm, Redcar

I reckon if you leave Skipton 10:00 assume thirsk for 11:30-12:00

Might sound like a long time - but we might be going via grassington/pately bridge - its better than mixing it with the traffic on the 59/61
