Can work this shop out. Seems stupid but there does not seem to be a way to buy for most of the items. Do I need a premier account? Its the ride height adjuster I am after in paticular. Somebody help please.

Good guess with Wales. I live in the part of the country where there are too many L's in all the place names. Wouldn't being a Manchester motorcycle courier just give you a thorough knowledge of Manchester? Is it not like a London cabbie claiming his job taught him about the Scottish Highlands....

Manchester Motorcycle courier.......
Typical day., Winter.

5AM, first drop, some cheese factory in loneliest Devon.....( I kid you not, some adv for the Milk Marketing Board).
back around 2PM, next job, Liverpool, back around 3.30 PM, who wants to go to Inverness??Ok , I'll go.......................9 Hours in the rain later.........

I get home and have me tea!!!!!!

Mind you, next day could be no further than Salford!!!!!

I loved and hated it in the same breath!!!!!!

Anywhere this side of London we treated as a "local" run!!!!!!!!!

PS: My record mileage for 1 day ( 24 Hrs NON STOP round the country run < Otis Lifts, remember it well!!! )was just over 1300 miles!!!

I used a combination of, mainly,

Yammy XJ750 Seca ( shafty) and my old Warhorse GPZ900R.....I was on the GeepZ for my longer runs....

But also went through,in no order...
XJ650 Yammy, GT550 Kwak, RD125LC, RF900RS Suzy,CBR400RR, GSXR750, CB1 (400 import Honda) Yammy Maxim 750 shafty ( tarty looking Yank import custom)......

14 years takes a toll on Bikes and body!!!, the Yammy Seca 750 and GPZ9 survived it all the way from my humble beginnings, to the end................Yammy frame and driveshaft had over 240K miles on it, and still going strong, went through two motors though!!!!

Yup, glad I did it though...............I seen some amazing sights / amazing scary Police chases /ditto accidents!!!!!! in those 14 years as a Bike courier!!!

My annual mileage now is less than a thousand, usually..............................Poof!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Forgot a couple, 885 Trident and Z1000 Kwaka!!!

The general scenario was..........bloke loses "proper job", ( like me!) becomes courier just to tide him over...........either gets seriously killed/injured in first month.............or gets "sucked into" the lifestyle, and stays for xxxxx years!!!

We used to get everyone from College lecturers to the "summer boy racers"......quite a few ( hard riding) girlies too!!!!.........and boy could some of 'em ride!!!!!

I remember when I worked for Square Moves, on company Gt550 Kwaks, I followed one lass from London back to Manchester.......only cos she had a gorgeous arse!!!, problem was, by the time we got near Coventry, on some A roads, I couldn't bloody keep up, she was that quick!!!
