After a look on the Mecatwin site I've been thinking about a semi cafe racer conversion on a TBS. Does anyone know how to replace the standard bars and top yoke with dropped bars?
Any information will be gratfully recieved.

The risers are fastened underneath the top yoke, remove the split-pins and undo the riser retaining bolts (after removing the bars o'course) then remove top yoke fit clip-ons and Roberts yer dad's brother, if you get the clip-ons with the split clamp you'll not need to remove the top yoke which is a bonus.... fill empty riser holes with rubber grommets..... go for it and post pics....

Alternatively you could get the new Bonneville Thruxton swan neck bars and fit them to the lower Speed Triple risers (straight swap)

Just had a look at my TBS you'd need to remove the upper fork shroud and headlight brackets to do the clip-on swap as the headlight bracket mounts are built into the shroud.... t'would need different headlight brackets after the shrouds were removed... or you could do the alternative method with the Thruxton swan-neck bars and get the lower S3 risers from a breaker
