Thanks Jimmyj doesn't look like anyone has experience of these, I might still get one though. If I do I'll post my impressions.

hey - just noticed this thread this morning. I bought a Kettenmax a while back. Have used it twice so far and have to say I'm pleased with it. Used to clean with paraffin - but is messy and always found it awkward getting the spray lube where you need it without coating lots of other places!!! This does both well. My only reservation is I'm not sure how long the brushes will stick it - but they are replaceable anyway. Hope this helps

Cheers Eccles Spike Milligan "Eccles represents the permanency of man, his ability to go through anything and survive. When trying to get off a ship on the Amazon and lower a boat. When they get to the shore Eccles is already there. "'How did you get ashore?' "'Ho hum, I came across on that log.' "'Log... that's an alligator!' "'Ooh. I wondered why I kept getting shorter.'"

Prolly find eccles derives from the cakes not the character... Bob - "can I have a pint of what your drinking" - wouldn't advise it.... I'm only sniffing the fumes off it

Eccles: Here, you were looking through the key hole. Bluebottle: Yes I was. Eccles: It's naughty to look through the key hole, very very naughty to look through the keyhole Bluebottle: Well stop looking through it when you are talking to me! Eccles: I was only looking because, I tell you something, I aint never seen a fella kiss a girl before. Bluebottle: Ohh ... haven't you Eccles? Eccles: Nooo! - Have you ever kissed a girl Bluebottle? Bluebottle: Ehh!! Not gonna tell you Eccles: Come on, come on, I won't tell anybody. Bluebottle: I'm not going to say, I'm a man of mystery.....
