Just got one of them thar chain adjustment tools for single siders off of Fleabay - £13.99 + 2.95 postage. One piece stainless 400 ish mm long x 4mm th. Absolute dogs danglies - 200% better than P.O.S. in toolkit. Posted out straight away.

Highly Recommended.

I've just bought one off ebay for the same price and delivery charges as Oldman, though it's advertised as a Honda chain adjuster. The sellers name is Underboat96. It looks like it'll do a Trumpy. If not, I'll take it to work and tweak it. Like he said, the toolkit one is wank.

Hell im a Luddite ,,, slack off bolt, back brake on , pull wheel over from top or bottom till chain ok..

Are the Honda and Triumph parts exactly the same then?

I suppose they must be Rich. Mine was advertised as a Honda tool but it fits the Triumph no problem. As for being exactly the same, I haven't laid one on top of the other so I can't say.

Ah, cheers for clarifying. I kept the spanner from my VFR as I assumed they'd be the same... glad to know someone else has found them interchangeable .
