A bit last minute but for anybody else auld enough to remember the racing there KDMC are having a 60 years of Scottish road racing do at Beveridge Park this weekend -
5/6th July Beveridge Park celebrating 60 years of the Scottish Road Races
(please note the 5/6th July is not a race event. Celebrations of the 60 years of the Scottish Road Races).
Order of Events
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th July 2008
Saturday
10.00am Show opens
11.00am Stage Chat with Gary Stag (on the Knockhill Circuit stand)
12.00am Fire up of the machines
(Smell the history from yester years)
12.30pm Memorial walk round the Circuit with Jim West
leaving from the Start Finish
15.00pm Fire up of the machines
(Smell the history from yester years)
15.30pm Stage Chat with Gary Stag (on the Knockhill Circuit stand)
16.00pm Show Closed for the night
Sunday
10.00am Show opens

Happy days standing down at railway bend as a teenager waiting for the flag to drop. Beveridge Park Saterday. Gask Sunday fantastic.
